| American Japanning provides custom painting and coating services for many
industries including architectural
aluminum, window and door, plastic medical machine parts, small automotive
and appliance parts, military, aircraft and specification painting. We
specialize in short projects that are highly customized. We are proud to
feature Kynar®500 / Hylar®5000 painting and offer fast turn-around times, courteous individual customer care,
and hands on knowledge. |

 Most
of our finishing processes conform to a specification or a stated
performance requirement. We use conventional air spray paint equipment which
opens up a large variety of paint and finish possibilities. We apply
epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylics, alkyds, lacquers, urethane enamels, dry
film lubricants, and other specialty coatings. Special packaging, labeling,
stenciling, and part marking are also available.We are a custom shop
which allows for varied lot sizes. Small or large quantities
are welcome. We also run spin dip coatings for corrosion resistance and
identification requirements.
American Japanning has applied the high performance
PVDF architectural coatings since the 1960’s and are certified applicators
for all the major manufacturers.
