We are proud to feature Kynar®500 / Hylar®5000 painting and offer fast turn-around times, courteous individual customer care, and hands on knowledge.  Pretreatment The performance of a finish coating is only as good as the preparation of the surface. We have a variety of pretreatment options here at American Japanning. Chromate conversion coating, iron phosphate, micro and macro crystalline zinc phosphate, solvent cleaning and wash priming are many of these options. We also perform the proper titration, testing, and record keeping required to certify many of our pre-treatment processes.
